Demo loop
Arcvigil · intake

Run the RFQ-to-quote loop.

Paste the email body your estimator would normally key in by hand, attach the spec PDF if you have one, and the agent returns an itemized quote priced against today's commodity feed — with one AWS-certified welder assigned.

New RFQ
Paste the inbound RFQ email, optionally OCR the spec to pre-fill the weld count and material call-out, and (optionally) attach the spec PDF. The agent returns an itemized quote against today's metal and consumable prices and assigns one certified welder.

Optional · OCR the spec to pre-fill

Estimated number of welds from the spec — fill or correct after OCR.

Material grade + dimensions exactly as written on the spec — paste the call-out from the email into the body, edit here.

Drop in a blueprint or spec sheet

We'll OCR the doc and pre-fill the weld count + material call-out. Up to 8 MB, PDF or image.

Plain text. The agent extracts scope items (materials, weld type, prep hours, consumables) from keywords and quantities. The OCR pre-fill above tunes the priced quote when the body is sparse.

Up to 25 MB. The demo ignores file bytes — only the name, size, and type are passed to the engine.

The agent stubs LLM extraction, the commodity feed, and the welder DB with local fixtures so the loop runs without external credentials.
